We only accept cancellations within 1 hour and ALL prints are 100% permanent. If wedding dates change, they will have to be reordered at the customer's expense.

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns on customized camp mugs, as all of our mugs are custom printed to order. If your order is faulty/misprinted/broken please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment with clear photos of the product and we will happily have a new one sent out.
