Returns: Basic Description | Basecamp Boutique

We only accept cancellations within 1 hour and ALL prints are 100% permanent. If wedding dates change, they will have to be reordered at the customer's expense.

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns on camp mugs due to change of mind, as all of our mugs are custom printed to order, and our warehouse does not accept returned packages. If your order is faulty/misprinted/broken please contact us within 10 days with clear photos of the product and we will happily have a new one sent out.

Basecamp Boutique is not responsible for damages made to the product during shipping or while the item was in your possession. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be processed for a replacement.
